Shipment Processing Time
Orders placed before noon CST during our normal business hours will ship on the next business day, provided there are no issues with your order (e.g., missing order information, notary commission certificate, etc.).
Orders that include a notary application will ship once your notary commission is issued by your state’s notary authority.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee based on the shipping method you select at checkout.
Domestic U.S. shipping (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)

Delivery times are estimates in business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and begin after your order ships. Once your package leaves our office, delivery time is handled by the carrier and is outside our control.
U.S. Territories Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship to U.S. territories.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the continental U.S.
Changes to Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we cannot modify it. This means we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method, or item(s) within the order.
Tracking Number
Your tracking number can be found within your shipping confirmation email, which is sent to the email address used to place the order. You can also find the tracking number on your order history page in your account. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
AAN is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we recommend you file a claim with the shipping courier. However, AAN will promptly provide a replacement for any undelivered or damaged order using the same shipping method you selected.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by USPS or UPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will place your order on hold and we will contact you via email so you can provide us with an updated address.
AAN will not be held responsible for delays or loss of your order if you provide the wrong shipping address.
